About Blue Candlelight Music Series
Blue Candlelight Music Series was founded in 2002 as the brainchild of Daredjan “Baya” Kakouberi and Lisa Blue. Their vision was to enrich the cultural fabric of Dallas by presenting performances by world class musicians in the intimate surroundings of an elegant private home. In that way an audience could experience classical music and close contact with musicians recreating the atmosphere in which chamber music masterpieces were originally performed.

This Sunday, September 20th, BCMS opens its 25th season with a solo recital by the world-famous pianist Sergei Babayan. The concert is a must-see in the DFW area this year! Hailed as a generational talent, Babayan will captivate you with his program of "Songs" - from composers Schubert, Schumann and Rachmaninoff to Harold Arlen, Charles Trenet, Gershwin and more.
