Georgia Rutledge is a 16-year-old pianist from Dallas, TX. A
junior in the music conservatory at Booker T. Washington High School
For The Performing And Visual Arts, Georgia has grown and thrived
through her pursuit of piano, vocals, cello, percussion, and guitar.

She began studying piano at the age of 8 under the tutelage of
Mrs. Laura Melson and is currently studying with Dr. Thomas Schwan
as she continues to grow in her musicianship.

Alongside her piano class with Mr. Leonardo Zuno at Booker T.,
Georgia has had the privilege of being a member of the Contempo-
rary and Varsity Jazz Combo ensembles, performing as a percussionist,
pianist, and vocalist. Her unique set of talents has facilitated her inter-
est as a singer-songwriter and composer as well. Additionally, she was
awarded Best Composition for her original score in the Flying Horse
film festival, and has had the honor of being a UIL State qualifier with
superior scores in piano for both years of eligibility.
